Myotherapy is the assessment, treatment and management of musculoskeletal conditions, which primarily affect movement and mobility. Myotherapists utilize functional screening and assessment to guide their use of a range of modalities including hands on treatment and corrective exercise.
Myotherapy is targeted at connecting the rehabilitative and perfomance industries by providing a valuable link between the treatment table and a client’s functional capabilities. A Myotherapist is capable of providing both manual therapy and movement based corrections to enable their client to return to a greater level of function and performance.

Reflexology And Lymphatic Drainage
Reflexology is a specialized technique that targets pressure points in your feet to help reduce stress and improve circulation throughout your body.
Reflexology is a type of foot massage where appropriate amount of pressure is applied to specific points (“reflex points”) on the feet. Stimulating these reflex points aids in balancing the body’s systems, and is especially ideal for stress management (eg can reduce anxiety and help with improving sleep and relaxation).
Lymphatic drainage is a gentle style of massage. It is designed to encourage the drainage of lymph nodes and to promote the movement of lymph fluids around the body. It helps with:
- Relieving lymphoedema
- Treating post injury and post surgical swelling and scars
- Fluid retention
- Supporting the immune system
