Pilates Reformer

Pilates is a unique system of exercises using a Pilates Reformers and small apparatus, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture, and enhance coordination.

Classes are focused to help balance the body and optimise the body’s ability to move freely and minimise the risk of injury.

All classes are run by Physiotherapists and/or Pilates instructors who have had specialised Clinical Pilates Training. Unlike busy gyms and other Pilates studios, there is a maximum of 5 people per class to ensure you are completing the exercises correctly and getting the most out of your class.
